License metric
Per user, per device, per transaction or per tenant: the metric is chosen to match your business model, and it changes the calculation fundamentally.
Scale & deployment
User count and the deployment model (KOBIL Cloud SaaS or your own Kubernetes environment) differ widely between customers and drive the cost structure.
Integration scope
Professional services and project-specific integration work are not flat-rated. They are assessed individually, based on what your rollout actually needs.
That is why a serious number takes one conversation about your setup, not a table on a website. You will get a concrete proposal, not a rate card to decode.
Fair questions before any price talk.
We already run a 2FA or authenticator solution. Why change anything?
Login 2FA covers one moment: the sign-in. KOBIL Finance combines authentication, transaction authorization (with the transaction details shown before anything is confirmed), app self-protection (RASP, integrity checks, device binding) and protection against UI-level attacks such as remote control, screen recording or tapjacking, plus signatures and secure chat. One system, one shared user and device management.
Can we keep our data out of the public cloud?
The Basic module runs as KOBIL Cloud SaaS in Frankfurt am Main on AWS; in the Ecosystem module, cloud operation is handled by a partner certified to C5, ISO 27001 and ISO 27017/18. In the Security module you can run the platform in your own Kubernetes environment instead, installed via Helm. In that case operating responsibility sits with your team, so plan for your own DevOps capacity.
How much integration effort should we expect?
It depends on the module. In Basic, app and backend are ready to use: you integrate only the documented REST APIs for the use cases you actually need, and user management works entirely without API integration through the admin dashboard. In Security, predefined standard flows for app shielding, onboarding, login and authorization work without designing your own flows; custom flows are optional and can come later. And before you decide, the trial system and the functional demo for the Basic module are there to test against.
